Applications

Applications is where potential buyers submit interest in your puppies and where you manage all of those submissions in one place. You create your own application form, share a link to it, and review responses as they come in.

What You Can Do Here

  • Create custom application forms with the questions you care about
  • Share your application form link with potential buyers
  • Review all incoming submissions in one dashboard
  • Approve, decline, or mark submissions as pending
  • See a summary of total, pending, and approved applications at a glance
  • Search and filter submissions to find specific applicants

How It Works

Creating an Application Form

  1. Go to Applications in the left menu.
  2. Click Add Application to create a new form.
  3. Give your application a name and build out your questions.
  4. Save the form — you’ll get a shareable link to send to buyers.

Reviewing Submissions

  1. From the Applications page, click on an application to see all its submissions.
  2. Each submission shows the applicant’s name, email, phone, date submitted, and current status.
  3. Click a submission to read their full responses.
  4. Update the status to Approved, Pending, or Declined based on your review.

Application Statuses

  • Pending — submitted and waiting on your review
  • Approved — you’ve approved this applicant
  • Declined — you’ve declined this applicant

Tips & Common Questions

Yes — you can create multiple forms, for example a general puppy application and a separate guardian home application.
BreederBuddy sends an automated email when a submission status changes. You can customize those email messages under Email Templates.
The applicant’s address (street, city, state, postal code, and country) is required so their contact record is populated correctly. The rest of the questions are whatever you include in your form.
