Contacts

Video walkthrough: Watch on Loom (link coming soon)

Contacts is your address book inside BreederBuddy — every buyer, co-owner, vet, guardian home, and anyone else connected to your program lives here.

What You Can Do Here

  • Add and manage contact profiles for buyers, vets, co-owners, and more
  • Search and filter contacts by type, payment status, or date added
  • View a map showing where your contacts are located
  • Import contacts in bulk or export your contact list
  • Archive contacts you’re no longer actively working with
  • Switch between table view and card view

How It Works

Adding a Contact

  1. Go to Contacts in the left menu.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Enter their details: name, email, phone, address, and contact type.
  4. Hit Save.

Finding a Contact

Use the search bar at the top to find a contact by name or email. You can also filter by:
  • Type — buyer, vet, co-owner, guardian, general contact, etc.
  • Payment status — contacts with outstanding balances or completed payments
  • Date added — filter by when the contact was created

Contact Map

Switch to the map view to see a visual dot map of where all your contacts are located geographically. Useful for understanding your buyer reach.

Importing Contacts

If you have an existing contact list in a spreadsheet, you can import it directly into BreederBuddy. Use the Import / Export option from the Contacts page.
