Reports gives you a set of pre-built data views to help you understand your program at a glance — income earned, puppies currently active, where your buyers are located, and more. Pull a report when you need to review your program, prepare for taxes, or just see how things are going.

What You Can Do Here

• Run an income and tax report for any date range
• View a list of all active puppies and their placement status
• See a map of where your buyers and contacts are located

Available Reports

Income & Tax Report

Shows all revenue received over a selected date range — month, quarter, year, or custom. Useful for tax preparation and understanding your program’s financials. You can export this report as a CSV.

Active Puppies Report

A full list of every puppy currently in your program with their market status (available, reserved, sold) and ownership assignment. Group by litter, status, or owner to get the view you need.

Customer Locations

A visual map showing where your buyers and contacts are located. Helpful for understanding your reach and where most of your buyers come from.

Birthdays

A list of upcoming and recent dog birthdays from your program. Useful for planning health testing windows, milestone tracking, or just knowing when to celebrate.

Sales by Puppy Type

A breakdown of puppy sales categorized by type — helpful for identifying trends in what’s selling and at what volumes.

How It Works

1. Go to Reports in the left menu.
2. Click the report you want to view.
3. Set any filters (date range, group by, etc.) if available.
4. Review the results on screen.
5. Use the Export or Download button where available to save the data.

Tips & Common Questions

Can I export report data?

Yes — the Income & Tax report and Active Puppies report both support CSV export. Use the download option on the report page.

How current is the data in reports?

Reports pull live data from your BreederBuddy account, so they always reflect your most current records.

Can I share a report with my accountant?

Export the Income & Tax report as a CSV and share the file directly. Your accountant can open it in Excel or any spreadsheet tool.
